Customer Service Goes A Long Way! My wife and I purchased our first Ford vehicle in 2008 at Erinwood Ford. During that time we already knew exactly what we wanted so it was just an in My wife and I purchased our first Ford vehicle in 2008 at Erinwood Ford. During that time we already knew exactly what we wanted so it was just an in and out sort of transaction with a salesman. Fast forward to February 2019 and we were ready to purchase another Ford vehicle so we decided to visit Erinwood Ford once again. We knew that the Ford Explorer XLT was the vehicle we were interested in but we weren’t sure which model, what options, engine choice, etc. We were then approached by the salesman, Martin Menzies who was very friendly and was eager to help us find a vehicle. After just a few minutes of talking to him, my wife and I sensed that he was an honest, trustworthy, and patient person so we felt very comfortable with him from the start. The first time he walked away to print off a sheet for us, my wife and I looked at each other and we both stated how much we really liked dealing with Martin. Honestly speaking, we were reluctant to purchase the vehicle at first but with Martin walking us through with every cost, detail, features, etc. we ended up going with the next model up which was the Explorer Sport! All and all, we are so happy to have met Martin Menzies and we feel that he’s not just our “Salesman” but a friend as well!
