Sean knew of a Rav4 just traded in and we took it for a test drive. He facilitated a hold for several days while I waited for confirmation that my car was a total loss. Lydia in finance and later Phil handled all the paperwork, Kim stopped to chat (about cars and his mother:)). At pick up Mark thoroughly went over the features. When I picked up the car it was detailed like new. I never felt pressured and my many questions and requests were handled smoothly. I think that I got a fair deal (including a set of studded tires!) and have confidence that if I need anything I can call or drop in. Charlesglen debunks those old myths about used car sales:-) More
