Thank you for taking the time to write a review and give us some feedback, however I believe this situation does need a bit of context. When we check in a vehicle for service, we always disclose that there will be a diagnostic charge. We do also have the customer sign off that this could happen so that we can continue to conduct business in a transparent way as we have for 90 years! We have some customer's that come in for us to just tell them what's wrong with their vehicle and then go elsewhere to repair it, which is why there is a diagnostic charge . We would like to discuss this further with you at your convenience. Please give our Service Director Rich Anderson a call so that we can come to some sort of resolution.
