Victoria my saleswoman was amazing! ! I was between a few different brands, but ended up buying a Bmw!! I absolutely love my new car, she really listened to my needs and treated me like ! I usually hate the whole car dealership experience, but this is the first time I'm giving her and the dealership 5 stars! Well done More

It took an hour and a half for an oil change. Much too long. I have to find another place to have my oil changes. And this survey is stupid. Service worked out well, however started a bit rocky. We scheduled service for a specific day to ensure we'd have a loaner vehicle. At first, the service team mentioned there was not a loaner available, We scheduled service for a specific day to ensure we'd have a loaner vehicle. At first, the service team mentioned there was not a loaner available, but after a bit of pushing, a loaner magically appeared. Fortunately the transportation team was available to do a swap and bring my car to me directly once the work was completed and swapped out for the loaner vehicle. While the result was positive, getting to this point was not the most positive experience. More

The entire process was wonderful starting with Will Ohare and then Anir. They explained everything in detail from the financial end to warranty’s and then operation of the vehicle. Dropped my car off at 10:15. They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I ha They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I had to wait almost a whole hour on too of the 3 I had already waited. The oil cap was not screwed on tightly which made the weird sound. It goes to show that my car was not tested or thoroughly looked at before texting me that my car was finished or handing me back the keys. Easy fix with no damage, but if I’m paying for a luxury car, I expect luxury service. More
