When I arrived at the dealership, the team informed me that they wanted to pause the contract due to a concern they had discovered about the vehicle. I appreciate that level of honesty and integrity — it showed genuine cared about the customer’s experience and safety, rather than just making a sale. In my case, I happened to have a relative with the equipment needed to address the issue, but for others who may not have that resource, its valuable it is to have a dealership that is upfront. Their transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their business practices. In addition to Frances, Marcus and Fred were also wonderful to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and helped ensure that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, this dealership demonstrated exceptional honesty, responsiveness, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy car-buying experience. Oh my goodness! Planet Lincoln is amazing at everything that they do. John is the GM and he is who I worked with the most. We both purchased the new Lincoln Corsair, and we love them. Marcus had my car in a private room and then went over the entire vehicle with me. Marcus also delivered my car to me and I had a ton of questions for him. He was calm and very easygoing while answering my questions. This dealership might be small, but having a small dealership means that you are important! Also, these salespeople are not on commission which makes all the difference.
