They did not check my battery which failed two days later. Marco was pleasant and helpful and showed me how to install safety bar (to avoid theft). It was hard to schedule service. Even though I left messages that I needed to schedule service. Neither time did I get a call back. I bought the car at Hyundai because they had their own service department. Service was ok, recall notices remediated. Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update Unfortunately, they could not replicate a warning message that pops up at certain intervals, reminding me to use an external storage device to update navigation maps? They repeatedly tried, but couldn't get the message to pop up. Twenty minutes after I left the dealership, the message popped up again. The service people did not know what it was, which I found strange, since such warnings are common. I assume it's not urgent, because it was not easy to get an appointment, and I won't be doing it again soon. The car's interior was not as clean as I thought it would be. Looked like it wasn't vacuumed. More

George had my car checked in very quickly & communicated throughout the experience. Kacy (my car salesman) even came to say "hi". I sincerely appreciate this team and how kind they are. I bought my car here 3, almost 4 years ago and I’ve had issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, and diagnostic for a code I gave. One month later, the same code kicked back on and now I’m having more issues than before. I’m beyond disappointed and will NOT be coming back. More
