Mansour was highly professional from the moment we met through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first dri through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first drive of the car the interiors filled with toxic chemical fumes requiring us to open all of the windows mid drive and then eventually exit the vehicle ( unplanned). The fumes caused my son to vomit. This is a reoccurring issue after a 15min highway drive followed by driving in city traffic. The Service department questioned the gas used - the issue started with the gas provided by the dealership. The Service department said they would note the issue but effectively did nothing and said it’s likely the coating in the exhaust system and it was dissipate over time. If part of purchasing an 88K Toyota is that for the first 750+KM of driving you need to drive with the windows and sun roof open because of the toxic fumes - that should be declared upfront in the brochures and sales materials. More
