Over the years, I became comfortable relying on Dwayne Lucas in the service department which was my primary reason for returning to Lakewood. I find Lakewood less intimidating than other dealerships and really appreciated dealing with female employees in the showroom/finance department. Both Raeline Doherty and Manita Bains were receptive to questions and pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed their enthusiasm and commend them on their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Constructive Feedback: I did find that the focus on the tech package, Onstar and Sirius was endless. I would have preferred more time focusing on the physical operation of the new vehicle (wipers, folding seats, airbags, sound system, menus for mileage/gas shifts) so that I didn't have to spend as much time physically going through my manual. The Sirius/Onstar features are all easily accessed online and on YouTube. I realize this is client specific, but for me, they were not the reason I chose this vehicle/dealership. I had a bad experience with Sirius with the previous car, and I am not interested in this feature. All I wanted to ensure was that there was an AUX jack and USB port for my non-bluetooth ipod which is my music/audiobook device. I do like the bluetooth for the phone very much. I am not interested in pursuing Onstar, so having to go through the registration process, was really annoying when I was eager to drive my new car away. As a social worker, I would suggest sensitivity training regarding the taking of photos. If a client does not want a photo taken, it may be that there may be safety concerns with having photos taken or posted on social media/websites. I appreciate that I have a choice to decline publication at this point, but I felt pressured to have photos taken at all. In my line of work, it is considered a cultural or privacy issue. I stopping by service as the tire pressure indicator was on. Dwayne inflated the tires a bit and seemed quite happy to answer few other mechanicall questions that I had. I give you my criticisms to improve your already exceptional sales and service. I hope that you know that I genuinely do enjoy working with all of your staff and will almost certainly choose Lakewood for my next vehicle. Many thanks. More

Bought a new Colorado...the look of it has changed (way hotter now) but the attention to their customers, from now a younger sale force, yes that is you Alex. This young man was very professional, knew his stuff and told you when he didn't, has a great sense of humour and I would suspect will be selling cars for many years. I had a chance to deal with Corey on the management side, and was very happy with his get it done today way of doing business. Manita made signing all those places very entertaining.
