The team at Lakewood helped me right from the moment I walked in and have stayed with me since. It's comforting to recognize faces when I have a question or need help with something. I live on the other side of the city so it does take time to get to Lakewood but I have always been treated with the utmost respect in accessing the shuttle service who have always gotten me to where I need to go on time. I sure appreciated receiving the flyer invite in the mail and the follow up phone call as to what I was specifically looking for in a new vehicle. Thanks to Terri who pinch hit for Rae the day I came for the special sale weekend. Getting the step-by step instructions from Rae in setting up the Bluetooth and the On Star and the short cuts on what the buttons and dials do was phenomenal!.
