When my spouse bought her new Colorado at Lakewood, I met Aaron and told him about my love for the Avalanche and the only thing I wished was that it was in a specific colour. Aaron went out of his way to find a newer version of my vehicle in the colour I wanted and helped coordinate a great deal with Tim and the used car staff that got me all the features that I wanted. I am very happy with my newer Avalanche and in the end got a great deal on a great vehicle. The staff at Lakewood are awesome and I would definitely recommend all of their services. More

They kept her within an affordable budget, and accommodated us with pictures to send her in Calgary. Once everything was confirmed, and the price was set my mother came down to have a final look at the vehicle. Sean was a huge help explaining everything to her, walking through the agreement with her, and ensuring she understood everything. We took it for a short test drive, and my mother was sold! Sean then further gave her an entire walk through of the vehicle as this was a significant upgrade from her previous 1998 Chevrolet Malibu. This included connecting her phone with Bluetooth, and showing her how to operate the radio. Overall, Simon, and Sean were a key to my mother's successful transition into her new vehicle, and in creating a completely satisfied customer. They were both very kind and patient and never tried to rush her. We would BOTH highly recommend Lakewood! More

An Old School Approach to Car Sales with a great team! I arrived at Lakewood Chevrolet after a poor experience at a large Chevy competitor in Edmonton, Alberta. I sought out Dan Bass who was listed as the I arrived at Lakewood Chevrolet after a poor experience at a large Chevy competitor in Edmonton, Alberta. I sought out Dan Bass who was listed as the New Sales Department Manager on the website for Lakewood. He wasn't in but Aaron Dela Cruz, New Vehicle Sales, spoke with me and listened! I explained the type of vehicle I was interested in and Aaron made sure my experience was terrific. I test drove a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71. It was a beautiful vehicle inside and out. He also ensured I was able to drive a few other models to give me an idea of options. I liked one of the appearance packages and he spent the time finding me a vehicle out of province that he could dealer trade for and get shipped to Edmonton. After a lengthy evening conversation, he introduced me to another team member, Justin Barnaschone, Sales Manager to ensure I had someone to talk to in the event he wasn't in. After a few days of discussions and a positive trade in on my other vehicle, I drove away happy in my lazer blue diesel 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71. This dealership went out of their way to make my experience a positive one, and followed up since to ensure I am happy. This approach reminds me that "listening to the customer"is the best approach out there! More

They offered me the potential to trade my vehicle in.... 2 weeks later I was driving out of the dealership with my 2016 NEW Chevrolet Cruze. The customer service was EXCELLENT, my step dad has been a client with them for years and has built great relationships with the folks over at Lakewood. My sales representative Emigdio Oliveros was very patient, attentive and helpful. I am ecstatic to be starting the year off with my new gem.
