Best experience ever I want to say I was so happy with my experience, I had a appointment made and without fail when I showed up I was welcomed by Emigdio and Kelsey. She was so very sweet and asked me what I wanted ( most people in sales I find tell you what you want) Kelsey was very personable we had many laughs. I felt no pressure into purchasing anything. Emigdio came in a few times to make sure all was ok during the visit. With the help of them both they were able to show me a beautiful 2017 equinox. I fell in love with it before I even got in. One thing that I found very sweet was the fact that Kelsey pointed out it matched my purse. Was a funny girl moment that I will never forget. Once I knew that was the SUV for me I was introduced to Monita. She was wonderful. And even when I called Monita so many times the next day with questions she was very helpful. She even went to get me my new license plate for me ( thought very sweet). I have been so happy with my experience with Lakewood Chevrolet that I know that when I do decide it's time for a new vehicle I will for sure go back and see them. I dealt with a new salesman Bill Lewandowski, who gave us the same great service , no pressure, honest answers ,realistic offers.Since their first offer was realistic we were not far appart and negotiations took no time at all . And best of all quick counter offers no sitting and waiting for salesman and manager to accept or reject our offer.
