The team at Lakewood Chev were AMAZING! No hassle, no pressure, just great service and help from people who care. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Carmen was an incredibly knowledgeable and approachable sales rep who really helped us find what we were looking for. She always answered questions and emails with 0 delay and was more than happy to answer even the most silly questions I had. Manita from finance made purchasing a fun experience and she was great to talk to. Again no hassle and no pressure. She lets you decide what's the best option for you which made the whole experience more personable. I met with Lon afterwards who was a gracious host and really well-rounded GM. He knew his sales staff had taken amazing care of us but still made sure we had everything in order and left happy. Very personable, we spent more time just chatting than anything else. Lastly Justin went above and beyond for us before we left. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is my go to dealership now. I don't want to go anywhere else. Went out of his way to ensure we got the best price for the vehicle we wanted and made sure we were happy with what we got. We were waffling between two different vehicles and the quality of the staff was one of the major reasons we chose to buy here, as Josh and the team here actually seemed invested in making us want to purchase. Manita in the finance explained everything clearly and helped make the paperwork go smoothly and as painlessly as possible. All in all, this was a great experience! More

The owner was there when I bought my car and he treated me like family. I sat down with their finances girl and she was amazing she explained everything to me. I went in incredibly nervous and left without any qualms. Since then I've gone in several times for oil changes and a few minor issues they've been fixed without any issues, quickly and completely. I've dealt with a few of the mechanics guys and while I've enjoyed my interactions with each of them James has been by far my favorite he's gone out of his way on multiple occasions to explain things to me and teach me how to do things. His warmth and sincerity are awesome this is a man who does his job because he loves it. I've written several reviews for these guys. Always glowing and will continue to do so. I will continue to recommend to all my friends and family that they visit Lakewood, they are awesome! More
