I was greeted by multiple sales associates upon walking in, walked to the front and when my sales associate wasn’t available due to being with another client, they quickly paired me with someone to work with immediately. I communicated what was needed from a per month payment perspective with a trade factored in, and they all made the deal happen. I want to specifically thank Justin A. Carlos Hernandez was great with working with me to trade in my vehicle. This was actually my second time working with him and both experiences were great! I really liked his communication through the process and the knowledge he showed. The great experience continued went I went to Finance and sat down with Chris Lewis. That was an easy visit. Chris had everything ready and what I liked on paper, just had to sign. Both my experiences have been excellent with this dealership and with Carlos. I was in and out in around 2 hours. My name is Johnna Bouldin an on Saturday 7/15 was not the day I planned on buying a car but your team made it happen for me. I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't day I planned on buying a car but your team made it happen for me. I had been talking to Bruce Eversole so I reached out to him yesterday but didn't realize he was not there. Bruce went ahead and sent me the link for the credit app so I went ahead and filled it out. Bruce reached out to Bobbie Bell to assist me. Not 10mins after submitting the credit app at home Bobbie was calling me. I had already found the Chevy Trax. I told Bobbie I could be there Monday but I instead decided to yesterday. I live in Decatur so I live 45mins away. About 10mins of arriving Bobbie called me and I was like I'm 10mins out and he said well I was just going to let you know you're already approved for the car. That was the best news ever. Your team is by far the best and made the car buying experience smooth yesterday. I want to also thank MM Ross your financial officer that made it happen under the circumstances that was presented to them. I also look forward to having my car delivered by Bruce and Bobbie tomorrow. Thank you Five Star Ford.
