I'm from New Jersey and unfortunately totaled my car on the way down to visit family in Tennessee. I had a 3-day window to buy a car to get home after Thanksgiving and Capital Toyota made it happen in one the way down to visit family in Tennessee. I had a 3-day window to buy a car to get home after Thanksgiving and Capital Toyota made it happen in one of the most seamless car-buying experiences I've had. Mama D found the car for me and passed along the info with superb customer service, and really wanted to know my needs. Luke Hefner helped sell the car to me and this guy knew his stuff, even getting a guy from the service staff to check out the car and test drive with me. Every person from the team that I interacted with had integrity and genuinely cared about selling me a good car within my price range in the short window of time I had. I cannot recommend Capital Toyota enough, and while I know my car is going to last me a long time, I'd strongly consider going all the way down to Chattanooga just to buy a car from them again. More
