My appointment was at 10. Luke said it would be about 1.5-1.45 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait. At 11:45 I went to check on the status. It hadn’t Luke said it would be about 1.5-1.45 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait. At 11:45 I went to check on the status. It hadn’t been taken in yet. He said it should be going in shortly and won’t be too much longer. I sat for a bit where u could see my car but the car hadn’t moved in 20 minutes so I decided to walk to Napule for lunch. I came back around 1pm and Luke said they were done and going to pull the car around. So I waited at the service counter for 20 minutes! Luke was very apologetic but I feel that for having an appointment, it should not have taken so long. And if they were upfront about it taking that long I could’ve gone home. No one wants to wait at the dealership for 3.5 hours. More

Luke was and is very attentive. I’d just like to have the service provider have the insight to check for needed repairs that are still under warranty. We purchase the warranty to sa I’d just like to have the service provider have the insight to check for needed repairs that are still under warranty. We purchase the warranty to save us the customer $. So why not have the advisor have the technicians check obvious things for repair. More
