We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this far from home. But my husband John was in contact with several other dealers getting information on the F150. He was convinced that Erinwood was the dealer to purchase our F150 from. When we arrived at the dealership the front desk staff acknowledged us immediately and took us to meet our salesman Lucas Dulny. Lucas was an amazing person to deal with. He answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. He also has AMAZING customer service. Carol in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with our financing of the vehicle. She again has AMAZING customer service and was very professional. I am very happy that John convinced me to give Erinwood a chance to sell us a vehicle and have no regrets so far about purchasing a our Ford F150 from this dealership. Thanks Cheers!
