Outstanding Customer Service First time purchasing from Erinwood Ford. Victor was amazing do deal with. He was knowledgeable regarding the car we were looking for and went above and beyond on a very rainy day to bring in three different vehicles into the service bay for us to look at out of the rain. When we returned to purchase the vehicle he was busy with another customer but made sure we were taken care of by Lukasz, who graciously answered all our questions and got our paperwork filled out and passed on to Adam for the financial part of the transaction. We were impressed with the team spirit and seamless process. When we picked up our car Victor was there to finish the paperwork and help familiarize us with our new vehicle and Mary finish the finances and warranty portion. Never once did we feel any pressure from Victor or Lukasz. Adam was honest in his approach to the finances and warranties available and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with the Erinwood Ford's team. I would recommend them anytime. More
