Buying a brand new car from Lexus of Pembroke Pines was by far the best experience I had, and believe when I say this, I bought several cars from others dealerships including Lexus dealerships, but this pl by far the best experience I had, and believe when I say this, I bought several cars from others dealerships including Lexus dealerships, but this place is different. Andres was the sales specialist that helped me through the whole process. He was very professional and he never used any pressure or selling tactics to close a deal. I got my car keys back right after my trade in was inspected for an estimate, and the car was parked outside at all times where I could see it (that was very unusual for me as I was used to have my car taken away and my car keys kidnapped pretty much during the negotiation when dealing with other dealers). I was happy to see they gave me the trade in value of my car and not less (most dealers low ball you and assume you have no idea on how to find the real value of cars). The negotiation was fair and Steve who is the finance person helped me to close the deal by making the whole process stress free. Overall I feel it was worth it to drive an hour from Delray Beach, to realize I ended at the best Lexus dealership I ever been at. More

I would NEVER lease from Lexus again. I tried to get reimbursed for my maintenance which was paid upfront and I was treated as if I was nobody. Spoke in advance of visit with one of the managers to make sure dealer would honor National Lexus program. Did not want to waste time. Manager ended up assigning us to a sales associate who sent in adva make sure dealer would honor National Lexus program. Did not want to waste time. Manager ended up assigning us to a sales associate who sent in advance of visit video of the wrong car for the car invoice that manager emailed to us. Called manager who apologized and stated things happen, don't worry, come in and we'll get you what you want for the price you want. Arrived to showroom and met sales associate who was disinterested in helping lease the car of desire. Lack of knowledge on product and seemed lazy. Tried to upsell to more expensive model. Once ready to move forward with lease on desire car, was delivered much higher number than promised on phone. Typical hoodwink situation from dealer. Very unpleasant. Left dealership. Following day placed call to Craig Zinn, dealer owner and Vladimir Keslin, General Manager. NEVER received a call back from them or their assistant despite multiple attempts. Finally a new car sales manager called because they wanted to make some deal since we left. After a back and forth, we made a deal but the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you want to fight for a deal, come to this dealership but if you don't want to haggle and prefer great service and professionalism call JM Lexus who we dealt with in the pass and had good experiences. More
