We’ve dealt with Luis numerous times and he’s amazing at what he does! He’s very professional and courteous towards his customers! We won’t buy through anyone else but him! Finance is another story! We’ve dealt with Adel twice. Wasn’t happy the first time. This second time was even worse. Asked for original plates and Adel said it was a new law that you have to get and register new plates. Don’t appreciate being lied to nor treated as though we are stupid. Won’t do another deal if Adel is involved. Luis Frada you are one of a kind at Ford!!! More
