Excellent service We were without a car for 2 weeks and they lent us a car to use in the meantime. Great experience I have had nothing but problems with a different ford dealership in London with our lease. Luis whom didn't know us was the only person that went abov I have had nothing but problems with a different ford dealership in London with our lease. Luis whom didn't know us was the only person that went above and beyond to help us in trying to get someone to take over our lease. Things that other people did in 1 month (paperwork) took him a weekend!!! We are soo greatful to have met someone like him and recommend him to everyone ! Hands down best guy to deal with :) More
