I just purchased on behalf of my mother a new Chrysler 200 from Team Chrysler. By phone and e-mail I dealt with Louis McFarlane, one of their sales representatives. Louis was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and packages offered. He was very accessible and returned my calls promptly. I found Louis to be personable and helpful, and went out of his way to assist us. Within a few days the desired car was located, customized with a couple of additional features we requested, and delievered directly to my mother's home a significant distance away from the dealership. The entire process was very efficient, straightforward, and uncomplicated. It took the hassle out of buying a vehicle - all without having to leave my house. As well, the price was very competitive. My mother is thrilled with the vehicle and very pleased with the service provided by Louis and the drivers who delivered the car. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Louis and Team Chrysler to anyone in the market for a new Chrysler-Dodge vehicle. More

As a woman, I used to find it intimidating when approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. I thought that either I wouldnt be taken serious or I would be forced into something I didnt want bu approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. He is not forceful at all, very attentive, and made proper recommendations based on the details I described to him. He is friendly, cares about his clients, and gets things done on the spot. He has some serious "swag" and I just adore him and hope that he doesnt retire anytime soon! Mr. Bouk Boyd, the President, came over out of the blue just to greet us and I just thought that was really classy and made us feel really valued as a client. I wasnt even buying anything at that point and wasnt sure if I was going to, and I really felt that Mr Boyd was genuine and sincere when he came over to greet us. I didnt get a chance to tell him this, but I really appreciated that. George, CRM, was an absolute pleasure to meet! He sat down with my husband and I and shared his vision at the Dealership and I just really felt his passion about his vital role at the Dealership. He really made us feel welcomed and that he was focussed on building a solid team of employees and solid relationships with his clients. Rajan, Financial "Wizard", I mean, what can I say? After speaking with Louis, Mr. Boyd, and George, deciding on a vehicle, we rand into some financial bumps. However, I still dont know how he did it but Rajan worked out the financial details perfectly. I literally saw how hard he worked on the deal and cut MY INTEREST IN HALF that I had on the car I was trading in which was a Chrysler 300C Hemi. There were other things that were troublesome but Rajan just worked on the deal until it worked for us. In two days, I am in a brand new vehicle, no head ache, with a team behind me for anything I may need. I now know why the dealership is called TEAM Chysler. I recommend them to everyone!!!! More
