It wasn’t until I had to work with the sales manager Larry Domeracki where things took a decline. Upon first meeting Larry, he had to try and establish his power and explain that “his dealership doesn’t HAVE to accept Ford’s “x plan” (friends and family set discount). Not a great way to start a relationship when you are looking to purchase not one, but two vehicles! In the end, a vehicle I had been waiting on to be ready for two weeks (shown and managed by Larry) was sold to someone else in front of my eyes, despite my interest and patience in it becoming “available”. It was the most unprofessional car buying experience I had ever had. Larry’s explanation was that he didn’t know what was going on, but that they don’t “hold” vehicles. While I understand this, I had been working with Larry for 2 full weeks waiting for the vehicle to become available to even drive (had to be serviced and detailed). I would have thought as a manager, the vehicle would have been “in progress”and the rest of his staff would have known to check in with him before attempting to show to another customer. At minimum, I would have expected first right of refusal. Nonetheless, Larry was unapologetic, unprofessional and offered no explanation. I was shocked at the overall experience and a bit dumbfounded on how things even unfolded. I’d give 1 star, but Jorge Ortiz was great and Ben in Service was also great. More

I had a great experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically clo Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically closing the deal) but certainly NOT pressuring me! I LOVE the no pressure part, which allowed me to “sleep on it”. I then went in the next day, (unfortunately Eddie had the day off), but Jorge was there to reassure me and answer any last minute questions before I went into the finance department to seal the deal! I’ve always taken my Lincoln there for service, and will continue to do so with my new one! Fair oaks Lincoln took what could be a painful experience, to a PAINLESS, PLEASANT, FUN experience, which will always keep me coming back as another satisfied customer!! More
