Quality Dealership Had a horrible experience with Aaron Jin. Walked in inquiring about a $7000 dollar vehicle he ended up showing me vehicles in the $26000 price range. Had a horrible experience with Aaron Jin. Walked in inquiring about a $7000 dollar vehicle he ended up showing me vehicles in the $26000 price range. Asked to see the vehicle listed for $7000 and each time i was ignored or was given an excuse why i could not see this car. After asking 10 times and given the run around a manager over herd and brought the vehicle down for me. Aaron was not knowledgeable about vehicle and had no idea what the sybols on the dash ment. Wasted over 3 hours of my time. Spoke with Rock Allen on over the phone a couple days later and I was given great customer service. We were able to negotiate on a fair price which i was comfortable paying. Rock took care of everything and the process was smooth. Great expereince and great guy. Rock left for vacation the day i put the down payment on the vehicle but stayed in contact with me and ensured everything went smooth and that i picked up the vehicle. In Rocks absense i was dealing with Lambri who also gave me great customer service and had the car ready for me the very next day. More
