Everyone in the used car section were very polite and they all looked super cool in their great fitting suits. Nice eye candy! Jenny from accounting was great as well. Called me a couple of times to make sure we had all the figures right. And of course Collin gave me top shelf service with his knowledge of cars. He said I could call him anytime I had a question. Amazing customer service, and passionate staff about BMW's I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership! They took the time to sit down and talk about BMW's subsequent to purchasing the vehicle which shows that they aren't just looking to make a quick sale, but they care about what they do! Should be called lyingview bmw dealership. Went to this dealership and test drove 2007 BMW X3. All was good. Picked up my car on August 30th 2018, after a week car didn’t feel good, two weeks a Went to this dealership and test drove 2007 BMW X3. All was good. Picked up my car on August 30th 2018, after a week car didn’t feel good, two weeks after took it to parkview, they checked and said coolant is leaking and transfer case is slipping. I said it’s less than 500km I drove and less than a month, the service guy said that’s cause you did the safety outside the dealership. What a lier, I bought it safety at parkview bmw he was shocked. And coolant was just done before picking up my car. On the safety report all it said they changed what needed to be changed. But it didn’t mention if they checked all the suspension which was told me by LAMBRI, sales assistant manager they did check it. Didn’t provide me with Carproof and safety report until now. Sept 28, 2018. Almost a month after. And when I told him about transfer case which was quoted $8000 he said it is what it is. In simple Words your loss. Karma is behind you LAMBRI. More

Bmw 135i purchase experience I purchased my 2009 BMW 135i in late July and have now owned it for an extremely enjoyable trouble free month. I originally found the car listed o I purchased my 2009 BMW 135i in late July and have now owned it for an extremely enjoyable trouble free month. I originally found the car listed on Kijiji and it was one of a few options I had on my list for purchase. I called in and spoke with Ken who was helpful, well spoken and pleasant to deal with as my sales representative. The team at Parkview was extremely accommodating to my requests of seeing service records, asking technical questions about the car to specific knowledgeable staff members and allowing me to go for a test drive longer than just around the block. The car had a couple small quirks upon purchase such as no A/C but I was fully aware of all of the issues surrounding the car as I had it run through a pre purchase inspection at a shop suggested by the dealer and nothing came back as a surprise. I had originally made plans for pickup roughly 4 days after I gave a deposit for the car and when I came to pick it up we had made agreement that the car would be on its summer wheels and tires (I test drove the car on a set of winter tires and wheels) and the car was still on the winters when I came to pick it up. I was at first a bit sour about that but Ken went out of his way to get me a nice rain jacket on the house as an apology for the logistical error which was fine enough as I swapped the wheels when I got home. I appreciated the disclosure of the service records which were lengthy and showed me all of the things I wanted to see (anyone who purchases an N54 car knows the value in the service records) and I would certainly recommend Ken and the team at Parkview to others for an easy drama free purchasing experience. Thanks again Ken, loving the car! Dan Leather Disclaimer: the car I purchased was by no means the cheapest 135i on the market and I was willing to spend extra money for a car with a solid service history that showed well. I rated the value as 5 stars as the car had a lengthy service history and the previous owner clearly took very good care of the car, therefore I am rating it a 5/5 for value as the car itself drives well over the listened value in dynamics and experience as a car and also the increased purchase value was warranted as the service history and recent services exceeded the increase over market value for a troubled free car. More
