Kyle Reid was highly responsive to my inquiries online and through texts over several months during my search for a newer certified vehicle. It had been 29 years since I last purchased a vehicle from a d and through texts over several months during my search for a newer certified vehicle. It had been 29 years since I last purchased a vehicle from a dealership and I was not looking forward to what I thought would be high pressure sales and time-consuming process. From my initial contact with Kyle online through the purchase/signing of documents, my car buying experience was easy, low key and highly efficient. Kyle was patient with me and my naïveté and set me up with the basic apps, sent me additional information/documents, and provided me with a lesson in some of the new technology to help make my learning curve a little less painful. I'm so thankful to have had the pleasure to work with Kyle and will absolutely recommend him and Lexus of Sacramento to family and friends! More

This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had a car dealership. Both Carlos and Kyle did a great job helping me with my purchase. Mike Zinda in the finance office was exceptional.
