I had the good luck to have Kyle Greene as my sales associate for the recent purchase of a 2026 Z4. I had been pursuing this particular vehicle for several months, in a specific color and with a speci associate for the recent purchase of a 2026 Z4. Salespeople at other BMW dealerships told me the vehicle I wanted was not available. Kyle made it his mission to find it for me, and he did, on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, heading for port in Georgia. Kyle worked with his manager to get the vehicle redirected to Silver Spring, where I took delivery in August. It was clear throughout the month I worked with Kyle that his goal was to make sure I had what I wanted, and he made it happen. My inquiry was responded to quickly by Kyle Greene, and he promptly set me up with a test drive of the vehicle that I was interested in.  There was absolutely no sales pressure from him, and he created a positive and relaxed environment.  He did a really nice drive of demonstrating features of the vehicle, and explaining how they effect the ride and handling. The pricing negotiation was very straightforward, and I felt like Kyle was trying to get me a quick and fair deal He worked with me to get a decent price on my trade in as well. Finally, he also worked to include getting some minor issues with my vehicle corrected as part of the purchase deal. I recently brought the car back in to get those issues sorted out. Kyle was great at staying in communication with me. The fixes were not only done ahead of the promised timeline, he had them correct all 4 of my wheels - when only two were originally promised. It's rare these days for people to go so far above and beyond, and he really made the experience great. I would highly recommend Kyle and the dealership to all my friends and family. More

I had also considered the X4 SUV and Kyle explained the features of both vehicles in simple, plain language and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision for my use and lifestyle. My vehicle was ordered from Germany and Kyle kept me informed about the status from the shipping port to the delivery at BMW of Silver Spring dealership. When we went on test drives, Kyle pointed out key features and the impact on the driving experience and vehicle response. I also like the route that he chose, because it enable me get a good feel of the vehicles. Naeim explained the scope and the benefits of each of the maintenance packages, which helped me make a decision. I also appreciate that the options were customizable.
