I have been a Ford owner since 2002 when I purchased a Focus wagon to assist me in transporting university students to and from their dorms several times a year. Since then I have owned two other Focus sedans. This year I took the big step to move up to an Escape. I'm not very tech savvy and I still approach my own computer with a bit of caution. But Kristine gave me a comprehensive orientation ,holding my hand through the giant step of syncing my phone with the car and learning how to open the car door with a code number. Even though I'm a bit of a dinosaur in tech land , she never made me feel incompetent or dumb. What a lovely lady! Kerri had the unenviable task of wading through the financial paper work. She handled it with professional skill and kept a smile on her face. I was very happy to have had their help and would recommend them highly. More
