I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

We all like the way Kim helped us in showings cars, explaining details and giving us time , we went twice and she did whatever she could do and what was in her hand. About dealership , I would say adjustable tiny little things would gain more customers and not holding them for decisions and at end if they don't get staying couple of hours. More

Didn’t have a great experience. Lots of miscommunication and not good customer service. Seems that once they made their sale/money they didn’t care about us. We bought the car Frida Lots of miscommunication and not good customer service. Seems that once they made their sale/money they didn’t care about us. We bought the car Friday night and it still needed to detailed, they told us it would be ready by 3pm Saturday and that it would be a quick swap and shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. We called to make sure it would be ready at 3 they told us anytime after 4. Get there after 4 and the owner told us another 15 minutes. We wait the 15 minutes and still haven’t heard anything from anyone. The owner comes by again and said a few more minutes and after that we didn’t see or hear from him again. We waited 2 hours with our toddler son and 5 month old daughter before we got the car. Once we finally got the car we find out that the detailing crew broke our rear view mirror. They did make it right by getting it fixed but it took a couple of weeks. Will not be buying another car from here! More
