I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

Kimberly Carr and Shelby Krug both were fantastic. Shelby took us on the test drive. Prior to beginning our test drive, she showed how many of bells and whistles on the car worked. She did so in a manner that gave me a real feel on how to manage the information aspects of the car, and engage particular working features of the car. After the test drive, Kimberly kept us moving through the various steps to get the trade-in and final price on the car completed. She then moved us Jamin Workmaster to complete the paperwork on the sale and discuss the vary post purchase car care options and costs. This was the most well-oiled car purchase I have ever made. Finally, what brought us to Lou Sobh Honda was the Honda CR-V itself. We wanted to get a firm price on a really dolled-up Honda-CRV. We had specific demands in terms of exterior and interior color and "nudey-goopers" (optional equipment and capabilities). I was floored to find that you had our exact desired car in stock. I expected to have to wait on a car that you had scheduled for arrival in the future, or perhaps order it. As a final point, Ryan Esloon and Jimmy Harris from the Service Department stopped by briefly to introduce themselves which was important to me to give me a pair of names in the service department to know who to call for future service on the CR-V.
