We had a little mishap with our car and went to the shop without an appointment. Kevin met us as we walked in and even though the shop was busy he fit the car in for the repair. Kevin kept us informed on the cost of the repairs and provided us with options. We have worked with Kevin before and he always caring, knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.
