After fighti After purchasing a new 2104 Ram 1500 Sport from the 'other' dealer in town, I have had nothing but poor shifting and vibration problems. After fighting with the service department at the dealership where I purchased the truck, I took it to Crestview and the experience has been excellent. So far it has a new transmission, new axles, and multiple tire balance- all done at Crestview. They have worked tirelessly trying to get the truck into the new condition it should have been from the factory. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Brooks and the rest of the service team. Upon arrival I was greeted very politely by my service advisor Kevin Brooks. He went over what was being done and that he would call as soon as it was done. He called as soon as he knew the vehicle was done. He also helped finding a part that was needed and connecting with the body shop to have it painted where Dawn was most cooperative and helpful.
