My service at Moore Buick was amazing as always. Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the negativty that circulates. My parents never bought a car in Jacksonville growing up. I had my first experience in 2020 when I purchased my Acadia. Robin was amazing. In Feb of this year I brought a friend to look at cars, and ended up purchasing my new car. I was worried that Moore wouldn't be able to service the car due to make and model. However, they WERE! Thank you LORD! I have never experienced service better than the service at Moore Buick since I have been driving. Emily was my service advisor this time and she was great. I have worked with several over my time using Moore Buick and they have all been wonderful. Also, Ryan was wonderful in finance when I bought my car. Thank you all! More

The technician was thorough and made sure the steering issue was addressed. The tech also asked how we wanted the brake integration to be setup in the truck. That was nice. I could see other service cente issue was addressed. The tech also asked how we wanted the brake integration to be setup in the truck. That was nice. I could see other service centers running screws into the plastic without asking our preference. That was appreciated. The service team let us know that we had enough GM points to pay for the service. I wonder how long we would've gone without knowing the points we accrued from the other GM service center. More

This is the kind of experience I expect when I purchase a vehicle. No pressure at all from my salesman (Matt Coxe). Finance and the sales manager were equally as easy. Moore removed all the external noise and allowed me to focus on the vehicle. It was the easiest car purchase I've made and Moore gave me the best deal around. I don't plan on buying another vehicle soon but Moore will be my first stop when that day comes. Highly recommended! More
