I ordered a 2021 Prius on July 16th, 2020. It is now November 16th and I'm still waiting. No one from Toyota has contacted me with an explanation, an apology, or even an acknowledgement of this poor tre November 16th and I'm still waiting. This will be the third car I bought from Ken Yates. He also sold my son his first car several years ago.
