On July 5, the engine light came on in my Rav unexpectedly. I immediately drove to Charlesglen at 3:00 p.m. Kelcee Harris was my service representative and she was so kind and understanding. When I told her that I was leaving on holidays on Sunday, she contacted Ken Tran in service and had him have a look at my car to ascertain the problem. Within 20 minutes, they determined that my issue was trivial and had me back on the road - all for no cost. I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism and understanding. Thank you! More

The reason I have rated both Val and Charlesglen Toyota so highly is because I am having difficulty coming up with something negative to say.
