Typically I like the service from here, but from my recent visit I was disappointed. The service staff doesn’t seem warm and friendly, the advisor wasn’t entirely informed on services, and the shop rem recent visit I was disappointed. The service staff doesn’t seem warm and friendly, the advisor wasn’t entirely informed on services, and the shop removed my dash cam from the windshield instead of just unplugging it, and didn’t bother to put it back up. Karen in service is a gem. She had Terry doing the work on my car and he was able to figure out a random issue my car was having without a problem. Karen and the service team kept me updated every step of the way. As soon as the car was done in service I was able to take it home no problem.
