All of the people at Capital were awesome. I had been invited to a private sale, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to drive home in a new Cadillac SRX! The customer service we received from Justin was incredible. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything we wanted to know about the Cadillac SRX and about leasing the ve incredible. This was our first time dealing with Capital GMC. What brought us into the dealership was the "Cash for Clunkers" sale and we had very defined criteria for selecting a new vehicle to replace our 1997 Intr brought us into the dealership was the "Cash for Clunkers" sale and we had very defined criteria for selecting a new vehicle to replace our 1997 Intrepid: Low payment, solution to a challenging finance problem, and reliability. The Capital team fulfilled all our needs, did better on pricing than what we were looking for and over-delivered on a warranty package. What other dealerships in town could not seem to accomplish in 2 days, these folks took care of in about 4 hours! We were especially impressed with their finance department. A loan with excellent terms was secured on-the-spot in about 30 minutes. This was a pleasant and extremely welcome surprise. We were also very impressed with their sales team. We were helped immediately upon arrival and a team of two, very knowledgable and personable fellows quickly assessed our needs, and got us on a test drive of the perfect vehicle (which we chose for purchase). Once we decided to purchase, we were immediately delivered to the finance specialist. At no point were we waiting for any more than about 5 minutes. Once the finance deal was done we were given a tour of the service facility while our new vehicle was fuelled and final prep was completed. A checklist was used at final delivery to ensure that all points had been covered and one of our salesmen took about 30 minutes to go over the vehicle's functioning and features with us. At no time in our entire visit did I feel pressured or did anyone try to up-sell us on anything. This is in sharp contrast to the last dealer I visited who's price on a vehicle rose over $100/month between the time I was given a price, and the time the finance officer got finished with his "additional options." Needless to say I rejected that offer and am thankful I did, otherwise I would never have had an opportunity to experience the Capital way of doing things. As you've probably already gathered, I've got nothing but praise for Capital GMC in Regina. In my mind, this is the way that vehicle sales should be done and they have earned a customer for life!
