The tires weren't done and I had to come back in after the fact which they finally relented and split the cost of the tires in half which is fine. I never heard back from them after multiple calls regarding the truck and finally just have given up. So around 1 week ago they called me and wanting to lower my interest rate and get me into a different vehicle. I was extremely unhappy from the last time I dealt with the dealership I decided to give them another chance which is why I am writing this review since I feel my second experience was even worst. I went in and went through the financing was told I was approved and got a call from Justin that he had a truck I may like. So I went down and found out they had sold it but the truck they were trying to sell me had 50,000 more km than the truck I am currently driving. They said they don't know if they can find anything that I was approved for but not once did they tell me the amount and I have to say that Terry McCrystal was the only employee to treat me with any respect from the financing team or the sales team and I have respect for him but I don't have any respect for the dealership on how I was treated and I don't know if I am ever going to give them another chance and I will never recommend them to anyone. I will actively try to tell people to avoid them in the future. I am insulted at the way I was treated by some of the staff there and feel that they wasted my time for little to no reason. The other thing that really bothers me about my issues with Capital is times they said they would get in contact me, nobody ever called and I had to call them to get any information. It seems like they have no concern for customers. More

Vehicle we wanted The main reason we purchased a vehicle here was that they had the specific vehicle my wife was looking for and it was a good price. I would have preferred to buy it from another dealership if they had what we were looking for. They advertised that you get a minimum of $2000 for your trade and they ended up giving us only $1800 for it. We also only received one key with the vehicle. I also only received one key with the vehicle I purchased several years ago. Also, both vehicles we purchased came with less than a quarter tank of gas. It would be nice if they would improve their customer service standards on used vehicles including making sure both vehicles have two working keys and a full tank of gas when you pick it up. More
