I recently purchased a GMC Terrain Elevation from Capital GMC in Regina, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience- especially working with Hayley and Justin. Hayley was the very first person to welcome us, and from the moment we met her, we instantly connected. Her friendly personality, kindness, and genuine helpfulness made us feel comfortable right away. It truly felt like we had known her for years, and her patience and care never went unnoticed. Justin also assisted us throughout the process, and we couldn't be happier with the experience he provided. He treated us with respect and care, and he went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with our budget and vehicle choice. There was never any pressure or rush-Justin took the time to explain everything clearly and kept us informed every step of the way. He treated us like family, not just customers. Between Hayley's warmth and Justin's knowledge, humour, and accommodating nature, we had absolutely no hesitation returning a few days later. We knew this was exactly where we wanted to do business. The dealership is a long standing one in Regina. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Although I wasn’t able to negotiate a better price on the vehicle, some perks were added in for me- appreciated.
