I was significantly upside down and honestly didn’t have very high expectations due to the amount that all phenomenal in making a deal happen for me. Not only did the team make that happen for me, but they were able to put me in a Limited with only a combined (payment/insurance) $85.14 increase from my previous vehicle. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was very kindly greeted from the gentleman that helped me find the perfect car. I do not enjoy feeling pressured to make decisions, and he took his time while being respectful of my time, as well. He was personable, but also stayed on track so that I did not have to be there longer than needed. He was attentive and excellent at gaging what my thoughts were when car shopping. I do not believe there is another salesman there that could’ve served me better, although, there wasn’t one there that I encountered that didn’t greet me with a kind smiling face. The dealership itself was also immaculate. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to come see Cal at Toyota of Cleveland.
