From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and truly enjoyable. (and fast) First and foremost, I have to commend the sales team at Weston Nissan. Juan Carlos Schneider was incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, and instead of pushing me towards the most expensive options, Juan Carlos took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Juan Carlos is an amazing guy, sincere and friendly. Moreover, the dealership's facilities were impeccable. The showroom was clean and well-organized, and the vehicles were displayed in a way that made it easy to compare different models. Additionally, the test drive process was hassle-free, allowing me to get a feel for the car without feeling pressured. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the transparency throughout the negotiation process. Unlike other dealerships where hidden fees and unexpected charges can quickly inflate the final price. Finally, I have to mention the exceptional customer service I received from the finance department. The finance manager (don't remember his name) took the time to explain all of my financing options in detail, ensuring that I fully understood the terms of my loan. Overall, I cannot recommend Weston Nissan and Juan Carlos Schneider enough. More
