Although I have been raised in the auto industry since I was born, I have worked at Northside Lexus since the age of 16. Since then, I have worked in our body shop as a porter and painter's helper, in our service department as a valet, in our sale sales department as an assistant, and in our technology department as a Lexus Technology Specialist. I have been selling new and pre-owned vehicles since July of 2014 and have been salesman of the year for each consecutive year since 2016. I have said for years that "there are three friends everyone needs to have- a lawyer friend, a doctor friend, and a car friend." I am excited to be your car friend!

Our car was totaled so the need for another vehicle was imminent. But, if you have the opportunity to buy a "new" car, a newer Lexus, why would you make a quick decision? So we called Josh (his reputation preceded him) with our dilemma and gave him our spec preferences so he'd call us when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. It happened sooner than expected, and we actually missed a car that we had prioritized for hesitating. Josh was patient, yet used every conversation to share the benefits of buying from Lexus and worked with us to prioritize our list. His years of experience at Northside ~ that he has worked the dealership from almost every aspect ~ built confidence and respect for his otherwise "cut to the chase," no nonsense manner of speaking. He knows his "stuff!" The weekend we decided "it's now or never" Josh had one car that met our specs (except the color preference) and we left to make the 4-hour drive from North Texas to Northside. Josh met us at the car as we drove into the dealership. The car was beautiful. We were hard pressed to find a flaw in an almost 5-year-old vehicle. Then we learned the car was a one-owner vehicle, purchased and serviced exclusively at Northside. This was the perfect scenario for a buyer who loves the Lexus product, the Lexus brand and Lexus service! Josh knew his buyer, he knew how to appeal to our good senses ~ with relevant content. He left no stone unturned in explaining all aspects of the sale and introduced us to Doug in finance who drew up the paperwork in short time. While we bought a car that weekend, we returned home confident we made a good decision. Did we "steal" the car? (Don't think Lexus is going to let you do that!) But we drove away knowing we got a great value including an extended warranty and we received flawless 5-Star service. As for the color? We have learned to love it! More
