The car salesman was great; We would happily recommend him. He went out of his way to make our new car purchase experience pleasant. When it came time to work with the Financial Services Manager, however, him. He went out of his way to make our new car purchase experience pleasant. When it came time to work with the Financial Services Manager, however, we almost walked out on the deal. After being told that the 'sales' were over and we were going to be formalizing the financing arrangement, he begins a hard sell of additional services and warranties. Not only did we almost walk out on the deal, it tarnished was had been a very favourable impression of Hyundai. Now it would seem that Hyundai is no different than any other car maker when it comes to sales. The overall review would have been great had it not been for the experience with the Financial Services Manager. Because of that experience, I would also recommend trying a different Hyundai dealership in the GTA. More
