I have never been so ticked off. Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their own oil. Salesman looks at KBB and does instant cash offer for my trade. That’s not the trade value. After I left letting everyone there know how I felt, they kept calling. In the end, they actually valued my trade mid KBB trade value which was where I wanted to be. I did the deal just to later find out that the keys they gave me didn’t have the locking fuel door key. I will never be back. BTW I waited about an hour for them to find a key, 30 minutes just to get a salesman to help me even after I called them. More

Jose Larios was awesome. We originally came in a nd worked with Alan, but eventually Jose took over for us. We bought a used F350. We took it in for a recalibration of collision avoidance system after a windshield company couldn’t get it done. Also there was a passenger side mirror not folding in when it shut off. After multiple calls system after a windshield company couldn’t get it done. Also there was a passenger side mirror not folding in when it shut off. After multiple calls and attempts to text advisor I finally called sales representative to find out the status on repairs. It took 48 hours to get a new battery and recalibration done. The service advisor did not communicate well at all. More
