This dealership has an excellent sales staff as well as financial and support staff. The facility is beautiful and offers comfortable seating and amenities. It is always a pleasure to be there. I met with financial and support staff. The facility is beautiful and offers comfortable seating and amenities. It is always a pleasure to be there. I met with Jonny Pham for a tutorial on the technical operation of our vehicle. He is an expert on all technical aspects of Mercedes Benz vehicles. He is also very skilled in understanding the needs of the people he is instructing. For example, he learns about how the vehicle will be used and what the most significant features are for the driver. He is patient and never rushes the explanation or the demonstration of the car's capabilities. Jonny is also sensitive enough to realize that no one could recall every feature and its use from a couple of lessons. He welcomed me to send him any questions after the lesson had been completed if I needed a refresher on a certain functionality. Jonny is clearly an asset to Mercedes Benz of Sudbury. Our salesman, Chris Leigh came to greet me before I left the dealership to ask how I was enjoying the car. Chris is a talented and personable salesman.
