Being my first car it was a great experience. I came with as many questions as you can imagine and got all my answers plus knowledge of what’s to own a car. I had the best experience with John Santiago. He was very knowledgeable and most of all patient with me. I had a lot of question and he had all the answer for me. I did do my research online but it’s not the same as actually physically trying out the car and I got to try out multiple car models. John also layed out everything from car details to the finance part of each one of them. I didn’t feel pressure to make a decision the first day I went to look at my options. Which was great because it gave me the space to really look at what I really was able to get based on my budget. John was able to work with what I had to offer based on my budge which I was thankful. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He takes the time to show you everything about the vehicle you are getting. He beat a competitor’s price by getting us a higher trim on the CRV for the same price as the one we were looking at with another dealer. Definitely go to John if you need a new Honda! More
