I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Hyundai dealership auto service, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and a dealership auto service, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with great knowledge and professionalism The service was prompt, and my Hyundai was taken care of with utmost care. I appreciated the transparency in the process, as they kept me updated on the progress and explained any necessary repairs in detail. The waiting area was comfortable, making my time there enjoyable I left the dealership feeling confident in the work done on my vehicle and grateful for the incredible customer service. I bring my vehicle here for service and maintenance. Today I had both kids in tow, and they ensured the job was done quickly and my kids were occupied with free wifi, popcorn and drinks while we waited. GP auto group is way to over priced, I saved $7000 shopping around for a newer vehicle then looking at with them. Even tried to get them to deal, but they wouldn't Service sucks, they tried to up s shopping around for a newer vehicle then looking at with them. Even tried to get them to deal, but they wouldn't Service sucks, they tried to up sell me on $1600.00 of services, some which were literally done less then 1000 kms ago Been in to get warranty work done and they have messed it up each time, not booked it in correctly, no one answers calls, and now have to take the vehicle back a third time. Parts has messed up numerous times for our other Sante Fe. Management or the owner should go in and clean house, hire some staff that can actually do their jobs Love the Hyundai's but not this dealership More
