Took my 22 venue for an oil change. Had an appointment set for 10:30am and my car was return to me after 3pm! What is the point of an appointment?? And to top it off, I got charged $152 Had an appointment set for 10:30am and my car was return to me after 3pm! What is the point of an appointment?? And to top it off, I got charged $152!! FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! The gentleman that charged me did say a tire rotation and a software update was also done. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THE TECH DO SOMETHING TO MY VEHICLE AND MY WALLET WITHOUT ME AUTHORIZATION?!!! What if I didn’t have the money to pay for it!?And the cherry on the cake was when I realized my tires were missing parts!!!! I took my vehicle back to the dealership and was told to make another appointment or leave it there as a “walk-in”. Not only I had wait over 3hrs for my service to be done, pay extra money, be sent home with improper parts on my tire (risking not only my life, but also those around me, but I had to do it all over again!! I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and enraged about this. I have been getting my vehicles ( I have gotten 3 so far), referring people, and getting ALL my services from the dealership, and NEVER AGAIN!!! Ever since it became Southern Hyundai, this dealership has gone to crap! Unfortunately I’m unable to give 0stars. My experience was waaay below a 1star! More

Joel was phenomenal! Very friendly and personable, I didn’t feel like he was pushy or trying to upsell me at any point in the process. I had a great experience with Southern Hyundai! My Sister and I came in late on a Saturday evening and worked with Joel. He was a super nice guy and very funny! We even have our own song now - Ro My Sister and I came in late on a Saturday evening and worked with Joel. He was a super nice guy and very funny! We even have our own song now - Royals by Lorde... I'm going to think of Joel every time I hear it. It really was the most fun I've ever had buying a car! All of the other folks that were in the showroom were very friendly and welcoming. We made the deal and I came in Monday to sign the paperwork. I worked with Catherine Gordon on financing, she was a wonderful person and very professional. All in all, I highly recommend Southern Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. More
