Joe did an outstanding job of explaining the features of the Cadillac...and my wife and I felt like we knew him for a long time because he was so friendly and honest. Joe went above and beyond...trying to get us the best deal with our trade in...and within our budget range. The dealership itself was "top shelf" and everyone inside was pleasant and friendly. When we were sitting in Joe's office....my wife and I looked at each other and both agreed that this was the best experience we ever had in purchasing a car. Thank you Joe for everything!! Besides the Cadillac CTS being a terrific ride loaded with 'bells and whistles', what ultimately helped us decide to go with Covert Cadillac instead of another dealer was 1) the incredible personal servi with 'bells and whistles', what ultimately helped us decide to go with Covert Cadillac instead of another dealer was 1) the incredible personal service; and 2) the great service plan that comes with the car. From the first time we entered the Covert Cadillac dealership until today when we drove away with our new Cadillac CTS, we were treated to an amazing, relaxing, car buying experience. Our car search took us to several different dealerships. The Covert Cadillac employees were genuinely warm and friendly and never subjected us to the "hard sell" or frustrating negotiations usually associated with purchasing a new car. They patiently answered all of our questions both by phone and in person and literally held our hands as we walked through our first Cadillac lease. The salesman, Joe, and the finance guy, Armand, were very professional and knowledgeable. Chad, the very patient technician, sat with us until we learned how to use all the cool stuff in our new car. The process was smooth and hassle-free. In addition to the wonderful treatment we received during our purchase process, Covert Cadillac seems to have an orderly, customer friendly process in place for servicing their cars. We were assigned a specific service advisor and a customer service manager who would be our 'go to' people should we ever need future service. We were assured that if we ever needed to drop our car for service, we would be given a loaner Cadillac. So, if you are considering a Cadillac CTS, I urge you to test drive one. It is one 'sweet' ride. If you want a dealership that will deal honestly and respectfully with you, go to Covert Cadillac. Also, ask for Joe-he's a great guy! More

First time to buy a car "on my own" . I never once was concerned I wasn't getting the best deal available. In the search for a new car we visited a number of different dealerships in the Austin area but kept coming back to Covert Cadillac. The sales representative that we dealt with (Joe Joseph) was excell different dealerships in the Austin area but kept coming back to Covert Cadillac. The sales representative that we dealt with (Joe Joseph) was excellent and he helped us explore a number of options. We had the opportunity to take the car for an extended test period which really helped us to get accustomed to the car and be happy with our decision. The finance side (Mike & Jerry) was also made very easy for us and we never felt that we were put under pressure. Also the CTE's (Jeff & Chad) that helped with delivery were very knowledgeable. All in all we are extremely happy with our decision and highly recommend Covert Cadillac. More

In my dealings with Joe, he has done a great job in understanding my wants/concerns and has provided my viable options that I'm happy with. I have left the dealership both times happy and will continue to deal with Joe where ever he is for my automobile needs. We drove one on vacation and fell in love with everything about the car. On a Thursday morning I called and got Joe Josephs, told him about my dream, gave him my wants and wishes and he called me in the afternoon with a deal. For the most part I got everything I wanted (with the exception of heated seats which aren't too popular in Texas) and some things I didn't ask for, they took my Hyundai and got me a payment that works...so on Friday I picked up my dream car. I couldn't be happier with the car, the experience, the sales staff, the dealership. I believe that I'll be a Cadillac owner from now on. The Covert famly Rocks! More
