A liar. I was assured multiple times by Jim that they were not running a hard credit check. I wanted an estimate for a monthly price on a car and was told I I was assured multiple times by Jim that they were not running a hard credit check. I wanted an estimate for a monthly price on a car and was told I had to have my credit checked. Jim entered the information wrong four times, the process took well over an hour and Jim tried distracting me with card tricks for the duration of that time. The dealership also lied about having a posted deal on a used car that I had surprisingly ”just missed”. Very unprofessional and unnecessary experience. Will be shopping online for cars from now on to avoid people like this. More

The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff. More
