No matter how busy he is he always takes the time to get back to you and keeps you well informed. He is the most kind , caring professional person, always giving the best service. I’m a long time customer at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Since the dealership changed to Capital, the service at this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited more than three hours. Every request for update on time was met with the “ 15 more minutes” lie. I would not mind having to wait a bit longer if the employees simply told the truth. This is the absolute last time I will be dealing with this dealership. When paying they even had the nerve to include an envelope with exclusive offers to buy a new car with rates “ just for you”. Who are they kidding?? More
